In 2020, we launched Take Care for Bobby, a mental health programme to expand our bereavement counseling service to provide accessible therapy and support for children and young people.
Bobby’s Base is the home that we have created for the mental health arm of the charity which will be designed to provide holistic support to the children and young people struggling with their mental health in Liverpool City Region.
Featuring three dedicated therapy rooms, including a group therapy space, the centre will also feature a sensory garden and an informal chat and chill space to provide holistic and diverse mental health treatments and support for children and young people.
Together with our partners at Aquarius Counselling, we will continue to hold our 121 bereavement support within schools whilst providing a hub for mental health support and connection at Bobby’s Base.
